I came here for 4 nights and had a quite comfortable stay. Everything was great and clean, I loved staff and location. My room included a mini fridge bar, air conditioner and an individual safe.

Its location was central, 300 metres from Colon Theater. Pleasant restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. The staffs were welcoming & exceptional.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was very old.

Tbh, had a fantastic stay in a most unusual time. The place was fairly clean, I liked its location and rooms.

All in all everything was beautiful, had a very very good stay at incredible hotel. The staff were particularly helpful, patient, would stay here again. The breakfast food was good, different choices to eat like pancakes and omelette. The location was top; loved being quite a walk from Cartagena's Pegasos's Wharf.

My experience was really good, everything was perfect. Brand-new units with a queen bed, a couch, proper ventilation, and the staff were helpful...

This hotel was relaxing base for exploring Cartagena, loved it. The rooms with proper ventilation and a queen bed, for instance. The property was located short walk to which is a perfect, Cafe Havana which is a must-go to, the old town.

Staff were absolutely amazing, beds were extremely comfy and light breakfasts. Historic style hotel with vintage furniture in the rooms. Perfect check in and in general amazing service.

Hotel was reasonably priced, fantastic value for money as opposed to other options.

Bad views and Wi-Fi was horrible.

Cozy base for exploring Cartagena. Rooms were stocked and well stocked with nice beds, breakfast was generous. I loved climate control, terrace and free tea. Attractive garden and very clean pool area. This was an exceptionally good location.

Impeccable service, absolutely perfect location and continental breakfast. Spacious bed, luxurious bathroom and terrace, complementary tea and hairdryer in the room. Small garden and great pool. The English bar was fabulous.

The room was adequate and decent with large beds, and the location was prime. Useful staff, they kept the venue spotless.

I had a very peaceful stay at this lively hotel. The breakfast was included and consisted of eggs, butter, hot waffles and cheese. I had a quiet bedroom and a fully furnished kitchen. Internet in the hall, convenient

Grounds were kept clean enough, breakfast was exceptionally good. Knowledgeable, absolutely incredible staff. I booked very cozy room with absolutely fabulous view. Bed was comfy, the pool area was lovely.

The location was cool - breakfast was such good - ambiance was truly great. Room was rather large, which also was absolutely fantastic. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, people working there were superbly helpful! Fairly clean and phenomenal hotel in Getsemani district.

The personnel was friendly, and the hotel had a special feeling. Kudos to concierge. The venue was perfectly situated. Appreciated Beiyu slowfood, it was extremely close to the hotel and offered nice treats.

Location in the middle of the city. The room was good sized. Within a walking distance of the restaurant di silvio trattoria...

We really enjoyed the rooms and the food and good rates. La Bolleria is just a walk down to the hotel. For sure we would return there. We parked at the public parking.
